Cooking and Food Processing Training
The Cooking and Food Processing Training begins in June 2010 and spans a 12 week period. 6 weeks will focus on cooking and the other 6 weeks will focus on food processing. The training will include food safety and sanitation, an introduction to culinary arts, equipment-operation usage and much more.
